Brian, after ten years of efforts, sold this 20-acre project to its original developer G&W (Now Basin Street).

While the property was in escrow, Brian sold approximately half the property to Novato Community Hospital (Sutter Health), which is the signature health facility in the City of Novato.

Brian then led the leasing efforts for the two adjacent class-A office buildings from 0 to over 90% at what were then the highest leasing rates in the City of Novato. ​
